Art and Garden is situated in the Maremma countryside next to the medieval castle “Castello di Monte Antico”, outside the village of Monte Antico. There are 5 holiday apartments for two up to four guests available, situated in two different buildings, one right next to the castle and the second directly annexed to the castle. The apartments are completely equipped with every modern comfort such as heating, hob, electric oven, some also with washing machine, Italian espresso kettle, water kettle, electric coffee machine, toaster. The apartments can make use of the huge swimming pool directly next in the castle’s park.
AMARYLLIS 1
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Tuscan house. Its surface is 30 sqm. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a WC, a livingroom with kitchenette and a fireplace.
AMARYLLIS 2
The apartment Amaryllis 2 is located on the ground floor of a typical Tuscan house. Its surface is 40 sqm: 1 bedroom, 1 WC, 1 living-dining room, kitchen and fireplace, double sofabed.
Amaryllis 3
The apartment Amaryllis 3 is located on the ground floor of a typical Tuscan house. It’s a studio flat with a surface of 22 sqm. The large room is divided in a night zone, kitchen with dining-room and a WC.
Amaryllis 4
The apartment has a surface of 45 sqm on two floors with an internal staircase. It’s a traditional Tuscan house. On the first floor is the large dining-room, the kitchen with the fireplace and a double sofabed. On the second floor is a large bedroom and a bathroom.
BELGIARDINO
The former church is located in a very panoramic place! This building has a 1000 year’s history, which can be seen and felt at any corner. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset, and the marvelous landscape of southern Tuscany. In the garden there are olive trees, grapes and fig trees and you can smell the scent of rosemary and gorse. At night silence only reigns and you can hear the chirping of the cicadas, the cry of a an owl or quadrupeds and you can also admire the starry nights.
IL BORGO
This particularly romantic, two floors apartment has a surface of 72 sqm. On the ground floor are: the living room, the dining-room with the fireplace, the kitchen with entrance in the quiet garden with little patio; from here you have a breathtaking view on the nearby river Ombrone. The two bedrooms, 1 double room and 1 single room and the bathroom are located on the first floor.
